The city Governement of Florence, working on reorganizing the district of San Lorenzo, is thinking of a shocking project: completing the unfinished façade of the Church of San Lorenzo according to Michelangelo's drawing. Some years ago, on the occasion of "Suoni e luci" (Sounds and Lights) they ricreated the illusion of a marble façade by screenings on the stones. Nowaydays they think of a public consultation among experts and citizens to understand the level of appreciation of this idea, which seems to be taken  quite seriously as some sponsors are ready for supporting the expense of 2,5 millions of euros. If done, it will be ready by 2015, exactly 500 years after Michelangelo's last drawing for the Church of the Medici.
