The just reopened Forte di Belvedere in Florence hosts the exhibition “The Soul and the Material”  (l’Anima e la Materia), the most important exhibit of the Chinese artist Zhang Huan.  As the name of the show  suggests, the material is the peculiarity of the artist who mixed metal, leather, bronze but even the incense ash, very perishable and therefore the symbol of the transience of life.
Some works may be visible also inside the Signoria Palace (the Florentine city Hall) and with a cumulative ticket of 14,00 euros you may visit both places.
