In Florence  from the 21^st to the 24^th of October opens De Gustibooks , dedicated to good food and good books, exactly in the heart of the city, in front of the food market of S.Ambrogio. The event  De Gustibooks includes food and wine tastings, food show, laboratories, meetings, presentations of books and  works of artisans on show. A lot of ideas for curios people, gourmet and tourists discovering our cooking tradition. The focus is the food show: every day a chef  will cook, discuss and comment in front of you.  Besides a big bookstore with books of different subjects will be open. Enjoy yourself in Florence!
