At the Medici Riccardi Palace of Florence you  may apreciate the beautiful exhibition dedicated to the tuscan painter Oscar Ghiglia “Oscar Ghiglia.The period of Novecento”. Novecento was an artistic movement created by Margherita Sarfatti. The painter, born in Livorno and student of the Academy of Fine Arts under Giovanni Fattori, was very attentive to the influences of the so called “beyond the Alps” new painting, expecially Cezanne.
