The exhibit shows the artistic ferment around the 1930' which retrieves and invents new styles and trends from clasicism to Futurism. Through the masterpieces of more than forty of the most important artists at that time such as Mario Sironi, Giorgio De Chirico, Alberto Savinio, Carlo Carrà, Ottone Rosai, Ardengo Soffici, Renato Guttuso, Carlo Levi, Giorgio Morandi and many more, the exhibition describes the incredible artistic creativity during the crucial period of the Fascism.
